The essentials of body-making

01

Build a solid plan

First, clarify whether your goal is weight-loss or building muscle. Then, set concrete short-term goals — numbers and appearance — 3 months out.

02

Improve your diet

To reach your short-term goals, we tune your diet. Roughly 70% of body-making is decided by food. We calculate your basal metabolism, then set your daily calorie target and PFC balance.

03

Establish a training frequency

Strength training is about building muscle, raising basal metabolism, and increasing energy burned through movement. Once a week alone isn't enough of a stimulus, so we combine personal training and the 24-hour gym to build a weekly routine that fits you.

04

Raise the quality of your training

Effectiveness comes from more than frequency — form, load, reps and range of motion all matter. Points that are hard to improve alone are exactly what personal training helps you level up step by step.

Keeping a training log to build the habit

05

Turn it into a real habit

Weight-loss and body-making aren't decided by a burst of effort — they're decided by habits. We move healthy eating and training into your daily routines, and shape your life for the better. Refusing to let 'I'm busy' be the excuse is the first step to success.
