Terms of Service

As a rule, the joining fee, the sign-up month's fee and the next month's fee are paid together in cash or by credit card. From then on, monthly fees are auto-debited from the member's designated bank account the following month (the price shown on the website already reflects a 3% discount) or paid by ongoing credit card charge (marked with *). For visitor use, payment is settled per visit in cash or by credit card.

*If you choose ongoing credit-card charging, the 3% discount does not apply; you'll be billed the listed price multiplied by 1.03.

A leave of absence is a suspension of the contract, in one-month units, at the member's direction. During leave, sessions (including make-ups) cannot be received, and the previous contract resumes automatically at the end of the specified leave period. If, however, the member indicates during leave that they wish to extend the leave period, that extension applies. Leave may last up to 6 months. If we cannot reach the member or cannot collect the fee, the studio may treat the member as having withdrawn.

• e.g. If you sign up on August 15, contract changes are possible from October 15 onward, so at the earliest you'd apply by November 10 for the change to apply from December.
• e.g. To change from 8 sessions/month to 4 sessions/month, you must apply by the 10th of the previous month.

Cancellation means terminating the usage contract with the studio.

• e.g. To cancel (or take leave) effective August 31, apply by August 10.
• e.g. If you apply between August 11 and September 10 for leave or cancellation, it takes effect at the end of September 30.

If a member cannot comply with these Terms, the studio may enforce withdrawal at its discretion.

If rejoining within 6 months of cancellation, you may rejoin by paying a rejoining fee of 3,300 yen (tax incl.).

*For pregnancy or injury, this period is extended to 1 year.

Same-day cancellation, as defined in this article, means cancellation within 24 hours before session start. If unavoidable, the member must contact the studio. Make-ups for same-day cancellation are allowed once per month; a second same-day cancellation is treated as a delivered session. If a member does not show up without contacting the studio, the service is treated as delivered and no make-up is granted.

If you arrive after your scheduled time, as a rule the session runs only within the originally scheduled time.

Entry is not permitted for those judged to be under the influence of alcohol, for those associated with organized crime, or for non-members. Even when entry is refused for such reasons, no refund or make-up is provided.

*For special circumstances involving non-members, please obtain staff permission in advance.

Members are responsible for making all bookings for the month and for subsequent months. Even if the member forgets to book and cannot receive the specified service, the member cannot demand a reduction from the studio.
